This 75 person strong, award winning packaging and branding design agency based at bright and slick offices in Central London seeks a Team Administrator / Co-ordinator to support the team of account managers and client services team. The Team Assistant will be required to support a very busy Head of Client Services in PA duties, managing diaries and travel for the Account Executives and Account directors. All general admin including holiday and sickness records on excel spreadsheets and research and general support.
The Team Assistant / Administrator should have excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as some PA experience and preferably from a creative industry background – even better if you have worked in a design company before!
