As Production/Studio Manager you will work alongside the Creative Services Director managing print production function for the agency.
The production/studio manager is responsible for the project management and coordination of campaigns from Creative approval through to delivery across range of direct response channels (print, web, Email etc.).
Working with Account Manager on a range of Clients the candidate will need to take responsibility for delivering against schedules, budget and quality standards.
This is a key role within the agency and is a brand new appointment. The responsibilities of the role have previously been undertaken by various members of the agency team but the role has now been highlighted as a key position to move the agency to the next level.
The Production/ Studio Manager will have communication channels with other key team members from across Account Handling, Creative and Artwork
We are looking for an Agency experienced Production/Studio Manager. Ideally you will have worked in a DM environment in a previous role and have a solid understanding of this sector. As Production manager you will have solid print/repro knowledge and be experienced in handling data and laser personalisation. It is imperative that you have Supplier liaison and negotiation skills and are highly organised so able to manage and prioritise tasks.
