Senior production manager

Directs production programmes within an advertising agency or design firm. Duties include those listed for production manager but with stronger work experience within each function. Manages staff and systems of production departments, oversees information and cost management, and develops, maintains and enables standards processes and policies consistent with the company’s interests. Requires advanced, broad-scope technical and industry knowledge, at least ten years’ production management experience and exceptional communications and managerial skills.
