The Senior Flash Designer will be responsible for leading the design and conception of all digital projects, ranging form Flash-driven rich media sites to banners and microsite campaigns. You will have a team of 6 to mentor and guide, as well as a direct report into the Creative Director, ensuring that digital is at the forefront of all pitches and propositions. You will concept and execute Flash-driven websites and campaigns, deal with clients, lead brainstorms, mentor more junior Designers and work with the Head of Digital to make this agency one of the most well-renowned in the digital space.
The Senior Flash Designer will have a portfolio of excellent Flash-driven web sites, some well known brands (particularly Retail brands are of interest) and some experience leading teams, dealing with clients and working with ATL teams. You will have excellent knowledge of Flash, ideally some Actionscript, an eye for design and a passion for all things digital.
