The ideal candidate will need to inspire developers through their code and work closely with the Lead Flash Developer to ensure the smooth running of the flash team. As a senior Actionscript developer you will be adept at scoping and estimation of project timings. Ideally you will also have experience writing technical documentation and technically planning and architecting projects. Obviously it is expected that you will have knowledge of and experience writing object orientated based code and be adept as using appropriate design patterns, a deep knowledge of Actionscript 2 and Actionscript 3 is essential. Everyone within the team is very passionate about emerging technologies, have there own blogs, and play an activate role in the open source community so it&rsquos imperative that you share this passion for what you do.
