This well established and forward thinking company based at bright offices in Central London seeks a Team Administrator / Co-ordinator to support the team of approx 5 sales managers and executives. The Team Assistant will be required to support a very busy Sales team in all manner of support including: PA duties, managing diaries and travel for the Sales Managers and directors, general admin including holiday and sickness records on excel spreadsheets, research, running off stats and reports from the database, tracking Purchase orders and invoices, cross checking the details against the database and collating information for meetings.
The Sales Team Assistant / Administrator should have excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as some PA experience and preferably from a sales support background. You MUST be immediately available!
