They are looking for someone to front the company, being the cheerful and sparky but professional ambassador to represent them on the front of house reception. You will be first point of contact for all calls and meeting and greeting, co-ordinating catering for client lunches, assisting with any events, keeping stationary and drinks fully stocked, and keeping general office facilities up and running. You may also be required to assist on general admin tasks, client pitches and research or travel arranging for the team.
The perfect Receptionist for them is someone who has had proven reception experience, preferably in a creative company ie:(Advertising Agency / Design Co / media or publishing agency.) You must be immaculately presented with first rate communication skills and a positive upbeat attitude as well as intermediate word and excel skills.
