This 45 person strong, award winning advertising agency based at bright offices in Central London seeks a Front of House Manager / Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of the offices which are based over 2 floors. Reporting into the PA to the Director as well as Client Services Manager, The Receptionist will be the &lsquovoice and face&rsquo of the company, and you will be the ambassador! Meeting and greeting clients, booking lunches and catering for meetings, event organising, keeping the company stationary orders, business card orders and stocking the drinks fridge! All facilities and general ad hoc admin and project support for the teams of Account Managers will make your role varied from day to day!
You will need to have a positive attitude and be well presented with an excellent telephone manner. Previous Reception experience is essential as is a professional approach and the ability to multitask and build rapport with clients.
A background in creative industries (advertising agencies, design companies or media / publishing firms preferred.)
