Description: I developed a writing and style guide for the DRC

Brief: My brief was to develop a writing and style guide that would apply effective online writing principles to DRC content. The guide was published on the organisation's intranet and established as the benchmark for good content.

Response: The client was entirely happy with the project and commissioned a series of supportive training sessions for key staff.
