The ideal candidate will have experience in a DIGITAL agency, or an integrated house with a proven digital practice- Needless to say, you will be skilled with Photoshop and Illustrator, have a good understanding of Flash, and ideally an understanding of HTML, so you can talk with Developers in their own language!
