My client is looking to build bigger, faster, and more accessible sites than ever before, with this in mind it is important that as an experienced front-end developer you have full lifecycle experience, and alongside good technical skills you should have a genuine passion for CSS and accessibility. All members of the interface team are expected to get involved in projects early on, adding input within creative briefings, considering the feasibility of the functionality and designs from a developers perspective. You will have the opportunity to build up a great portfolio of work and pick up some jedi JavaScript skills from the agencies lead interface developer within a fast paced and friendly environment.
As an experienced Front-end Developer you will be expected to have great skills in web development using XHTML, CSS along with experience working on W3C compliant sites to at least AA / Level 2. Ideally candidates will have experience of DOM scripting, unobtrusive JavaScript and progressive enhancement. Above all the agency is looking for someone with a genuine passion for interface development who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment.
