As a mid-weight ASP.NET developer its likely that you will have at least 3 years commercial experience, ideally within a similar Digital Agency environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in ASP.Net 2 application builds, SQL Server 2005 database architecture and build, XML / XSLT, SVN Source Control, Data Reporting, OOP Techniques
along with an understanding of XHTML
and CSS.
You will be expected to have a passion for .NET focused development and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical members in and out of the agency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005
,IIS 6, Windows 2003 Server and an understanding of pure CSS design principles and DDA and W3C compliant code.
