Our client is a is a small profitable market research consultancy, established for 15 years they offer the complete range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to their clients.
They are looking for a senior market researcher due to the huge success of their existing accounts and their client base expanding.
Your responsibilities will include
o Design, implement and project manage qualitative and quantitative research studies
o Undertake interviews and focus group discussions as necessary
o Analyse and interpret data, report and present research findings
o Advise on the statistical accuracy and limitations of research data
o Manage and develop client relationships
o Identify and exploit new business opportunities and revenue streams
o Support the maintenance of the company's website and web presence through news items and research case studies.
To be the successful candidate for this position you must have proven experience and a proven background in a varied market research role at a senior level. Sound commercial market research experience is essential and as well as being able to demonstrate a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies. You must have a strong track record of undertaking B2B and consumer face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions. The ability to manipulate, analyse, interpret and communicate complex information is essential as well as good numerical skills and an appreciation of statistical analysis techniques. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written including report writing. Experience of designing online, telephone and street surveys.
