My client is looking to build bigger, faster, and more accessible sites than ever before, with this in mind it is important that as an experienced front-end developer you have full lifecycle experience, and alongside good technical skills you should have a professional approach to documentation and coding standards. As one of most senior front-end developers within the team you will be expected to get involved in projects early on, adding input within creative briefings, considering the feasibility of the functionality and designs from a developers perspective. You will have the opportunity to build up your leadership skills mentoring junior front-end developers within the team and passing on your invaluable industry knowledge.
As an experienced Front-end Developer you will be expected to have great skills in web development using XHTML, CSS, DOM scripting, unobtrusive JavaScript, progressive enhancement, and experience working on W3C compliant sites to at least AA / Level 2. Above all you the agency is looking for someone with a genuine passion for interface development who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment.
