The right Flash Designer will, needless to say, have great skills with Flash animation, excellent design sensibilities and a portfolio full of cutting edge banners, microsites and seamless Flash animation. Flash Actionscripting skills would be useful, but this is a DESIGN role, not development. Also useful would be some exposure to After Effects and of course Photoshop and Illustrator. You will have experience in a digital or integrated agency, and experience delivering to clients in the automotive, retail or FMCG space.
The right Flash Designer will work closely with developers and PM&rsquos, deal with clients, work conceptually and work on the execution of concepts, and will be the agency&rsquos resident animation guru.
