This 80 person strong, award winning Design agency based at bright offices in Central London seeks a Front of House Receptionist to oversee the smooth running of Reception. If you are looking for friendly environment where there is music playing in the studio, then this could be the role for you!
Reporting into the Front of House Manager, the Receptionist will be the &lsquovoice and face&rsquo of the company, and you will be their ambassador! Meeting and greeting clients, booking lunches and catering for meetings, switchboard, keeping the company stationary orders, business card orders and stocking the drinks fridge! Your day will be really varied!
You will need to have a positive attitude and be well presented with an excellent telephone manner. Previous Reception experience is essential as is a professional approach and the ability to multitask and build rapport with clients.
A background in creative industries (advertising agencies, design companies or media / publishing agencies preferred.)
