As Creative Director you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent development and delivery of the creative output of the agency. You will manage, motivate and lead a team of Designers and Artworkers and inspire each individual whilst having final sign off of all Graphics work leaving studio. The agency is striving to consistently improve it&rsquos creative offering and it will be the role of the Creative Director to drive this forward.
You should be an experienced designer / Creative Director who can demonstrate previous project management skills within a creative environment. You should have well developed leadership skills and will probably have worked in a lead creative or managerial role previously. You book should demonstrate your ability to produce high quality creative work within print production, advertising and other creative disciplines and will also evidence a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing techniques. We are also seeking an individual with previous client facing and pitch experience as this will be part of your responsibility. It goes without saying that you will have excellent Mac skills to include the following: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In design, Acrobat and Quark Express
