The ideal Art Director will be from a Hands On design background, withy experience gained in a reputable digital agency. You will need experience dealing with clients and presenting work, leading teams of designers and creatives, and have a portfolio of brilliant digital work, form online campaigns and online advertising to large sites design and build projects. Most important is a real flair for design and art direction, and the ability to apply that to digital advertising
